Personal Dosimetry in Direct Pulsed Photon Fields With the Dosepix Detector

First investigations regarding dosimetric properties of the hybrid, pixelated, photon-counting Dosepix detector in direct beam a pulsed photon field (RQR8) for personal dose equivalent $H\mathrm{_p(10)}$ are presented. The influence quantities such as pulse duration and rate were varied, their responses compared to legal limits provided PTB-A 23.2. variation at nearly constant about 3.7$\,$Sv/h shows flat response around 1.0 from 3.6$\,$s down 2$\,$ms. A close is achieved rates 0.07$\,$Sv/h 35$\,$Sv/h both pixel sizes. Above this rate, large pixels (220$\,\mu$m edge length) below lower limit. small (55$\,\mu$m stay within up 704$\,$Sv/h. count linearity previous results, confirming saturating high rates.
